血清对氧磷酶和芳香酯酶在妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床意义
Clinical significance of serum PON and ArE in iron-deficiency anemia in pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of paraoxonase 1 (PON1) and arylesterase (ArE) activity in irondeficiency anemia in pregnancy.Methods A group of 50 pregnant women diagnosed with iron-deficiency anemia in the obstetric outpatient clinic of our hospital constituted an anemia group,and another 50 healthy pregnant women who received antenatal examination in outpatient clinic constituted a control group.The serum PON1 and ArE activity and the levels of hemoglobin (Hb),mean corpuscular volume (MCV) and serum ferritin (SF) in the two groups were detected in order to analysis the correlation between the PON1 and ArE and the levels of Hb,MCV and SF.Results The levels of Hb,MCV and SF and the PON1 and ArE activity in the anemia group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);in the anemia group,the PON1 and ArE activity were positively correlated to the levels of Hb,MCV and SF (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The serum PON1 and ArE activity in pregnant women with iron-deficiency anemia decreases significantly and is positively correlated to the levels of Hb,MCV and SF.Therefore,pregnant women with iron-deficiency anemia may have anti-oxidative defense system defects,the impacts of which on maternal and child health and control measures need further study.关键词
