摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of ShenYanShuKeLi combined with losartan on urinary podocyte and inflammatory factors in the patients with early diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methos A total of 85 patients with DN to receive treatment in our hospital were selected and randomly divided in a control group (n=43) and an observation group (n=42).On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with losartan and the observation group with ShenYanShuKeLi combined with losartan.The changes in the serum creatinine (Scr),adiponectin (APN),urinary podocyte relevant indexes and the levels of inflammatory factors before and after the treatment between the two groups were compared.Results After the treatment,the levels of Scr and APN in the two groups improved significantly (P < 0.05);neutrophilgelatinase associated lipocalin (NGAL),N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) and urinary albumin/creatinine ratio (ACR) decreased significantly;the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-or (TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) decreased significantly;the improvement of the above indexes was significant greater than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conchusion ShenYanShuKeLi combined with losartan can effectively protect the renal function of patients and relieve renal injury,and obviously inhibit inflammatory response in the treatment of early DN.
