Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of oropharyngeal administration of colostrum on premature infants oral feeding.Methods A total of 198 premature infants admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into an experimental group and control group (n=99,respectively).Routine care for premature infants was conducted on the control group.The interference nursing by oropharyngeal administration of colostrum was additionally conducted on the experimental group.The starting time of oral feeding,the time of complete oral feeding,feeding effects,feeding efficiency,weight upon discharge,weight growth rate and other indexes between the two groups were compared.Results The starting time of oral feeding and the time of complete oral feeding in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05);the feeding effects and feeding efficiency were higher(P ＜ 0.05);the weight upon discharge and weight growth rate were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Oropharyngeal administration of colostrum has good effects and efficiency in oral feeding of premature infants and is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
