Abstract
Objective To explore the CT characteristics of mixed pulmonary ground-glass nodules of different natures and carry out qualitative diagnosis on adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS),microinvasive adenocarcinoma (MIA) and invasive adenocarcinoma (IAC) through the analysis of solid ingredients,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The CT scanning results and clinical data of 112 patients with mixed pulmonary ground-glass nodules to receive treatment in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively and the pathological results were compared.Results The operative and pathological results of the 112 patients were divided into an AIS group (n=21),a MIA group (n =57) and an IAC group (n =34).The main CT characteristics in the AIS group:the ground-glass nodules were dotted or polygonal with large distribution area,accounting for 85.71％ (18/21);solid solitary nodules were found in 19 cases,accounting for 90.48％.The main CT characteristics in the MIA group:the nodules were round and oval,accounting for 61.40％;the long diameter of most ground-glass nodules ＜ 5 mm,accounting for 61.40％.The main CT characteristics in the IAC group:the nodules were irregular in shape,accounting for 70.59％;most long diameter ＞ 5mm,accounting for 76.47％.The CT characteristics of the solid ingredients of the mixed ground-glass nodules among the three groups showed significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion CT scanning can diagnose mixed pulmonary ground-glass nodules of different natures to some extent and provide clinical guidance for later diagnosis and treatment.关键词
