Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of proximal femoral nailantirotation (PFNA) and short reconstructed nail in the treatment of refractory intertrochanteric fractures in senile patients.Methods A total of 68 senile patients with refractory intertrochanteric fractures admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into a PFNA group and a short reconstructed nail group according to different operation methods.The two groups received PFNA operation and short reconstructed nail operation respectively.The effects of the two methods and the incidence of complications were compared.Results The overall excellence rate in the two groups was above 90％ and showed no significant difference(P ＞ 0.05),but the operation time,intraoperative amount of bleeding,bone healing time and the incidence of complications in the PFNA group were significantly shorter or lower than those in the short reconstructed nail group (P＜ 0.01).Conclusion PFNA has excellent effects in the treatment of refractory intertrochanteric fractures in senile patients,can shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative amount of bleeding and lower the incidence of postoperative complications,and is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
