摘要

Abstract

Through the design of carbon fiber composite lay-up and forming process,a cavity-metallized highprecision and complex composite resonator for a satellite was fabricated by metal transfer from mold surface.High and low temperature experiments were carried out on the composite waveguide resonator.The results indicates that the cavity surface precision,flatness and metallic coating bond strength of the resonator satisfy the design specifications.After 100 cycles of high and low temperature,metallic coatings and CFRP substrate maintain good adhesion.CFRP resonator weighs 72% lower than its Invar counterpart.
