摘要

Abstract

For the problems of difficulties of controlling annular pressure and high risk of casing collapse during deep water well test and production,the classical formula of calculating rupture pressure of burst disks is summarized,and laboratory test in simulated deep water high pressure high temperature environment is performed.Test results show that temperature has considerable influence on rupture pressure of the disks.Ignoring temperature effects,it can reach a max error of 9.44% when calculating with theoretical formula.According to the material's temperature regularity,3 types of burst disks with different rupture pressure was choosed and their calculating formulas which show the pressure varies with temperature,to calculate them to prove that modifier formulas with temperature effects consideration can estimate the design rupture pressure of this type of disk accurately.
