Stress Analysis of Combined Tube Sheet Composed of Group of Annular Sector Plate Tube Sheets Used in Steam Generator

Abstract
A kind of combined tube-sheet designed for the steam generator in nuclear power industry was introduced,and the stress analysis was also conducted.The combined tube-sheet was composed of a group of annular-sector plate tube-sheet units.Finite element analysis was adopted to study the stress distribution of an annular sector tube sheet unit.The stress distribution conditions of the unperforated annular sector plate under the condition of simply supporting and fixed supporting were also analyzed and were compared to the stress distribution of the annular sector tube sheet.The results show that the stress distribution of the annular sector tube sheet isclose to that of a rectangular plate under normally loaded by uniform pressure,as that the maximum stress appears at the center of the annular sector tube sheet,together with the edge stress existing at the edges of the annular sector tube sheet.On the area far away from the perforating positions,the stress distributions of the annular sector tube sheet are close to that of the unperforated annular sector plate under the condition of simply supported or fixed supported,but at the place near to the perforating,the stresses are obviously deviated from it.There is a great difference of the stress concentration caused by perforating between the annular sector tube sheet and the rectangular plate,so the key subject to study the stress distribution of the annular sector tube sheet is to analyze the stress concentration around the perforating.关键词
