摘要

Abstract

The retest,low-temperature toughness test and high-temperature property test had been done to research the properties of 00Cr14Ni14Si4(C4),and to compare the properties with those of S30403 and S31603.The weld ability test and welding procedure qualification for C4 austenitic stainless steel had been done to forecast and verify its weldability and welding performance.The corrosion resistance test had been done for C4,S30403 and S31603 to research their corrosion resistance properties in nitric acid.The understand and master of the properties of C4 goes a step further in its application in manufacturing,in consulting experiences from other manufacturers and in the special evaluation and assessment for material specified in the supervision regulation on safety technology for stationary pressure vessel.The feasibility of C4 passing technical review for new material and becoming a new applicable pressure vessel material in national material standard is discussed.
