Research Progress of Teacher Training in General Practice
摘要
Abstract
High quality faculty of general practice plays a fundamental role in cultivating high quality general practitioners to develop the general practice.However,general practice started late in China and the current general practice teachers cannot meet the basic health care demand neither in the quantity nor in the quality.This article reviews the newest correlative literatures about faculty training of general practice at home and abroad and summarizes the current situation of this training in aspect of its object and characteristics with a prospect of the mode of faculty training in general practice in our country.This article also proposes the continuous and comprehensive faculty training mode in general practice based on general practitioners from comprehensive first-class general hospitals as teachers who also formulate strict inclusion criteria for the faculty,compile uniform teaching materials,and establish examination system and evaluation mechanism for general practitioners in order to ensure the sustained progress of general practice faculty and improve the quality of general practitioners in China.关键词
