慢性胰腺炎与3c型糖尿病相关性的研究进展
Research Progress of the Correlation of Chronic Pancreatitis and Type 3c Diabetes Mellitus
摘要
Abstract
Type 3c diabetes mellitus (T3cDM) is a special diabetes mellitus (DM) associated with the diseases of exocrine pancreas,and chronic pancreatitis (CP) is the most common pathogenesis of T3cDM.At the same time,DM has also exacerbated the CP.Recent studies have shown that T3cDM is related to glucose intolerance and hepatic insulin resistance because of the insulin deficiency and pancreatic polypeptide deficiency.Studies on the relationship between T3cDM and CP will reveal the pathogenesis of CP-associated DM roundly and be helpful to the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.In this paper the correlation of chronic pancreatitis and type 3c diabetes mellitus is reviewed in order to block the progress of chronic pancreatitis,lower the incidence of type 3c diabetes mellitus,improve the quality of patient's life and prevent the serious complications like pancreatic cancer.关键词
