Effect of " Internet + Healthcare" on the Traditional Healthcare Service Delivery Mode and Physician-patient Relationship and the Suggested Countermeasures

Abstract
" Internet + Healthcare" has become a new trend for the development of medical field in China for satisfying the personalized needs in an information society.Based on analyzing the effect of " Internet + Healthcare" on the traditional healthcare service delivery and physician-patient relationship,we presented that,by using online healthcare services,the passive status of patients in the consultation can be improved,because they can be more accessible to medical information and participate in the clinical decision-making;the status of and the procedure of doctor-centered healthcare service delivery mode changing into patient-centered healthcare service delivery mode is quickened.Furthermore,we put forward the countermeasures for meeting the challenges in promoting the transformation of the healthcare service delivery mode by " Internet + Healthcare",such as doctors should update their thoughts about service delivery mode and actively participate in the transformation;traditional mode for training healthcare providers should be improved based on the new requirements and good online information environment should be built in order to ensure the quality of online healthcare services.关键词
