小半径曲线上动车组运行安全性仿真研究
Simulation Research on Operation Safety of EMU Negotiating Small Radius Curve

Abstract
The dynamic simulation model of CRH5 EMU was established by the application of multi-body dynamics software UM.The influence of such line parameters as curve radius,curve superelevation,rail type,curve gauge widening and rail base slope on the operation safety of EMU negotiating curved track with small radius was simulated and analyzed.Results show that the effect of curve radius is the biggest.The influence of rail type,curve superelevation,gauge widening and rail base slope on EMU running safety is very small.In order to increase the safety redundancy of EMU negotiating small radius curve and reduce the side wear of high rail,it is suggested that the curve radius should be enlarged as possible.In order to avoid greater wheel-rail impact on straight and curved track transition section by curve superelevation,it is suggested that,for the curved track with the radius of 250 m,no curve superelevation should be set and the corresponding gauge widening value should be set as 10 mm.关键词
