嵌入式地铁减振扣件的设计开发
Design and Development of Embedded Metro Damping Fasteners
摘要
Abstract
According to the operation condition of the track structure in Nanjing Metro line 1, a new type of embedded Metro damping fasteners is designed and developed. The connective size, the available height and necessary accessories of the new fasteners are the same as those of the conventional fasteners. This will reduce the difficulty and time of construction and the cost for upgrading the existing lines. The insertion loss of the new damping fasteners can reach 12.89 dB. The vertical and lateral stability indexes of vehicles can reach the first class. The upgrading of the existing lines will not affect the normal operation of the trains and the track structure. The application of the new embedded metro damping fasteners in subway lines can ensure the smooth running of the trains and reduce the impact on the surrounding environments.关键词
