Abstract

Based on current national military standards and mathematical statistics principals, some processing methods of the vibration inductive procedures are proposed. And then the inductive methods for processing the periodic vibration and random vibration data in flight tests are established. First of all, the typical vibration data samples are selected and input to the inductive methods to obtain the vibration endurance test spectrum. Then, specific processing methods of the spectrum are given with an air-inlet measurement rake as an example. Finally, based on the vibration equivalent acceleration theory and with the vibration endurance test spectrum as the equivalent standard and the RMS as the acceleration factor, the equivalent acceleration calculation for the flight vibration data is carried out. And the equivalent time of vibration of all the flights is calculated successfully. The results show that the equivalent time of different flights varies widely. The present vibration inductive methods provide an important support for vibration flight test appraisal, while the inductive method of vibration endurance test spectrum with equivalent time calculation provides a new approach for obtaining the endurance test condition for aircrafts and aero-engine components.
