摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and complication of the secondary breast augmentation with assisted endoscopy.Methods From February 2012 to June 2015,endoscopy assisted breast augmentation was performed on 60 patients who needed revisionary breast augmentation.The patients who were not satisfied with the outcome,who suffered severe fibrous capsule contracture and the patents who suffered prosthesis fracture were included.All the patients were evaluated for efficacy and complications.The follow up period was 1 year.Results The procedure was performed successfully on 60 patients.No prosthesis rupture or prosthesis displacement was found.Except 3 patients who suffered from grade Ⅲ Baker?fibrous capsule contracture again,all the patients were satisfied with the results.Conclusion With assisted endoscopy,homeostasis,proper visualization,dissection of fibrous capsule and prosthesis space have been facilitated,at the same time,cosmetic benefits for patients have been maximized through limiting and camouflaging scars.In conclusion,endoscopy assisted breast augmentation is worth promoting.关键词
