摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the relationship between CD68+ and CD163+ macrophages in colorectal cancer (CRC) and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect 68 cases of resected colorectal cancer tissue microarray, and the number of CD68+ and CD163+ macrophages was calculated.According to the dyeing results, the 68 samples were divided into high and low expression group of macrophages in CD68+ and CD163+,and then the chnical pathological features of CRC and the correlation were analyzed. Results The expression of CD68+,CD163+ macrophages in CRC tissues in higher than the corresponding paracancerous tissue, and the expression of CD68+ macrophages in cancer tissues was higher than that in CD163+ macrophages(P < 0.05).Meanwhile,compared with the low expression group, the high expression group of CD68+ macrophage in cancer tissues showed significant difference in lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (P < 0.05).The high expression of CD163+ macrophage in carcinoma group with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than the low expression group (P < 0.05).Regression analysis showed that TNM stage is an independent risk factor for expression of CD68+ macrophage CRC carcinoma and lymph node metastasis is the independent risk factors of CD163+ macrophage expression of macrophage CRC carcinoma. Conclusion The presence of CD68+ and CD163+ macrophage in CRC tissue macrophages is closely related with TNM staging which is strongly correlated with lymph node metastasis, which may provide a reference for clinical on colorectal cancer progression and prognosis.关键词
