目的 探究层粘连蛋白-5γ2(LN-5γ2)在结直肠腺癌中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系.方法 选取2014年9月至2016年9月本院收治的180例结直肠腺癌患者为研究对象,分为淋巴结转移72例(转移组)及未发生转移108例(未转移组).分析两组临床病理参数及癌组织中LN-5γ2的表达水平差异,探讨淋巴结转移与否的影响因素.结果 两组年龄、浸润程度、分化程度、TNM分期、LN-5γ2表达差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05),其中转移组中LN-5γ2…查看全部>>
