Abstract
Objective To study the risk factors for postoperative infections in colorectal cancer patients. Methods The clinical data of 437 patients with colorectal tumor resection in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The infection rate and distribution of pathogens were recorded. The gender, age, body mass index (BMI) and other basic data of infected and uninfected patients were analyzed by univariate and logistic multivariate regression analysis. The basic information of gender, age, body mass index (BMI),underlying disease, surgery practice, whether or not to perform laparoscopic surgery, operation time, drainage time, colostomy and use of corticosteroids were analyzed by univariate and logistic multivariate regression analysis. Results 63 cases of colorectal cancer patients complicated with postoperative infection was found in 437 patients with 14.42% incidence of infection.A total of 63 pathogenic bacteria were detected, and gram negative bacteria, gram negative bacteria, fungi accounted for 66.67%,30.16% and 3.17%,respectively.Single factor analysis showed that age,BMI,diabetes mellitus, hypoproteinemia, laparoscopic surgery, operation time, drainage tube placement time, colostomy and the use of glucocorticoid are risk factors for postoperative infection of colorectal cancer (P < 0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis indicated that Age > 60 years old,BMI > 24 kg/m2,diabetes mellitus, operation time > 3 h were the independent risk factors for postoperative infection of colorectal cancer (OR > 1,P < 0.05).Laparoscopic surgery is a protective factor for postoperative infection of rectum (OR < 1,P < 0.05).Conclusion BMI > 24 kg/m2,diabetes mellitus, operation time > 3 h were the independent risk factors for postoperative infection of colorectal cancer. This problem is worthy of particular mention.Laparoscopic surgery is a protective factor for postoperative infection, which can provide some guidance for the reduction of postoperative infection.关键词
