Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of plasma knife milligan combined with RPH in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 80 cases of mixed hemorrhoids in the department of anorectal surgery from affiliated hospital of chengdu university of traditional chinese medicine were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group and control group were treated with plasma knife milligan combined with RPH and traditional milligan morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined with RPH respectively.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,anal pain,anal edge edema,skin tags,healing time,anal stenosis,the incidence of anal incontinence and postoperative recurrence 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding,anal edema score,perianal epicanthus cases,residual healing time in the treatment group were superior to the control group,and there is no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups.38 cases of patients in the treatment group recovered (95％),2 cases improved(5％),and 31 cases (77.5％) recovered and 9 cases (22.5％) improved in the control group.No complications such as anal stricture and anal incontinence occurred in the two groups.No recurrence occurred during the six-month follow-up after operation.Conclusion Plasma knife combined with RPH for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids has advantages of less intraoperative bleeding,less pain,postoperative anal edge edema,mild residual perianal epicanthus,and a higher curative rate and a shorter healing time,which is worth of clinical promotion.关键词
