Abstract
Objective To study the effect of group behavior intervention on the anal training compliance of patients with rectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods Eighty-two patients with rectal cancer in our hospital were enrolled in the study.All patients underwent elective laparoscopic surgery.And these patients were divived into observation group and control group with 41 cases in each group.Patient in the observation group received group behavior intervention with a total of 4 times,while the control group underwent routine nursing care.The anal training compliance score and compliance rate were compared between groups,and the recovery of anal function was observed.Results There was no significant difference in compliance scores between the two groups before nursing (P ＞ 0.05).After nursing,the scores,compliance grade and the anal function in the observation group were significantly betterthan those before nursing and those in control group after nursing (P ＜ 0.05).And the anal resting pressure and systolic blood pressure in two groups before nursing showed no distinct difference (P ＞ 0.05).While resting pressure and systolic blood pressure was distinctly increased in the observation group after nursing compared with control group (P ＜ 0.05),Conclusion Group behavior intervention can improve the anal training compliance of patients with rectal cancer after laparoscopic surgery,so as to promote the recovery of anal function.关键词
