Abstract
A cascaded high step-up DC-DC converter with three-winding coupled inductor is proposed in this paper. Through the three-winding coupled inductor, switched-capacitor technique and cascaded structure, the converter achieves high step-up voltage gain without large duty cycle. The input inductor of the proposed converter can reduce the input current ripple, hence stress on the input source is reduced. Additionally, the energy stored in the leakage inductor of the coupled inductor is recycled to the output terminal, which not only improves efficiency but also alleviates large voltage spike to reduce the voltage stress. The operating principles and steady-state analyses of continuous-conduction mode are discussed in detail in this paper. Finally, a prototype sample with 30V input and 380V/0.3A output is implemented and the experimental results verify the correction of the theoretical analysis.关键词
