摘要

Abstract

A hydrothermal acid pickling method was employed to purify phosphating sludge,multi-doped LiFePO4/C cathode materials were synthesized by carbothermal reduction method,using the FePO4which contained trance Zn,Ca and other elements as raw material.The component,crystal structure,morphology,electrochemical performance of the material were analyzed and characterized by EDX,XRD,SEM,electrochemical working station and constant current charge-discharge instrument.The results show that the purity of FePO4 which comes from puried phosphating sludge is higher.The crystal structure of the synthesized LiFePO4/C cathode material was olivine type,its initial discharge capacity was 146.28 mAh/g and its initial coulomb efficiency was 94.05%.At the same time,this material shows better rate and cycle performance.
