Abstract
Novel Si/C microsphere composites with different nano silicon contents were prepared by high-temperature pyrolysis.The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscope (TEM),constant current charging and discharging and cyclic voltammetry test.The results show that when the addition content of nano silicon is 8%,the first discharge capacity of Si/C composite microsphere anode material is 991 mAh/g at 100 mA/g;and after 100 cycles it remains a capacity of 321.8 mAh/g.The good perfromance was attributed to the high electric conductivity and relatively large surface areas of amorphous carbon.关键词
