摘要

Abstract

The behavior of electro-oxidation of KBH4 catalyzed by Co3O4 was studied by cyclic voltammetry,polarization curves,AC impedance spectroscopy.It shows that the Co3O4 has good catalytic ability for electrooxidation of KBH4 in alkaline solution.A maximum discharge power density of 92 mW/cm2 (125 mA/cm2) of direct borohydride fuel cell (DBFC) was obtained empoying LaNiO3/C air electrode and separator (FS2226-14E) which specially used for the Ni-MH battery.By comparative analysis,the anodic polarization was not the main cause of DBFC polarization.On this basis,a small cylindrical DBFC stack was designed and 3D printing technology was used for once time molding,which was composed of 6 cells (effective area,1 cm2) and ABS (1.02 g/cm3).The open circuit voltage of designed DBFC stack was 6.2 V,and the maximum power was 425 mW (discharge current 120 mA).
