摘要

Abstract

Through theoretical analysis,simulation and experimental test,the main factors affecting the crystal silicon solar cell solar absorptance were determined.And the effect of aluminum reflector,silicon surface morphology,boron diffusion on solar absorption rate was significant.The influence of wafer thickness,phosphorus diffusion was relatively low.The solar absorption rate could be significantly reduced by using high efficiency silicon solar cells with a light trapping structure.The solar absorption rate of the filter glass cover sheet was 16.2% lower than that of the common glass cover PERL stack.
