摘要

Abstract

The thermogravimetric method was taken in the thermal degradation process of comparative analysis of the differences of high temperature common ABS battery groove and VRLA accumulator tank heat-resistant flame-retardant ABS material.And the reaction activation energy was obtained by Flynn wall Ozawa mathematical method of calculation.The results show that compared with the conventional ABS cell,the initial thermal degradation temperature of the heat resistance and flame retardant ABS is decreased,and the thermal degradation rate is decreased.At the same time,the carbonized residual weight was increased.Heat resistant and flame retardant ABS activation energy (Ea) was in irregular change with the change of weight loss rate (α).When α=0.2,Ea for the heat-resistant flame-retardant ABS was only158.6 kJ/mol,lower than the pure ABS about 46 kJ / mol,when α> 0.3,heat-resistant flame-retardant ABS Ea was about 245.7 kJ / mol,higher than the pure ABS about 54 kJ / mol.
