具logistic增长的HTLV-Ⅰ模型稳定性分析
Stability analysis of HTLV-Ⅰ model with logistic growth
摘要
Abstract
A HTLV-Ⅰ infection model with logistic growth is established,and the dynamics of the model is studied.The basic reproduction number of virus infection and the basic reproduction number of CTL immune are obtained.By constructing the Lyapunov function,it is proved that infection-free equilibrium P o is globally asymptotically stable if R o ≤1;equilibrium without CTL response P1 is globally asymptotically stable if R 0 > 1 and R 1 ≤ 1;positive equilibrium P2 is globally asymptotically stable if R1>1.关键词
