大尺寸复合变幅杆的设计及振动特性
Design of large size compound horn and its vibration characteristics
摘要
Abstract
The longitudinal vibration frequency of large size tapered composite horn is modified by Rayleigh approximation theory,and the corrected frequency expression is calculated.Calculating the corrected frequency by using computer programming,the calculation results are compared with the finite element simulation results and experimental test results.It is showed that the correction results have a wider range than the one-dimensional theoretical value,and it is consistent with the experimental values and the finite element simulation value.The vibration characteristics of large size cone type composite horn are studied by using finite element method.The results show that the resonant frequency decreases with the increase of the length of each segment,but the influence of the length of large section is the biggest,the influence of the length of the small section is the minimum.关键词
