摘要

Abstract

In order to study decarbonization process of ionic liquid-MEA aqueous solution and reduce decarbonization energy consumption,the equilibrium model was used in Aspen Plus 8.8 to simulate and check decarbonization processes of [Bmim] [BF4 ]-MEA-H2 O solution and [Bpy][BF4 ]-MEA-H2 O solution. Decarbonization processes of Solution with respective mass concentration of 30% MEA and 70% H2 O was taken as a comparative item for optimizing the decarbonization techniques of [Bmim][BF4 ]-MEA-H2 O solution and [Bpy][BF4 ]-MEA-H2 O solution. Results under setting conditions indicate that when mass flow ratios are 2.3 and 1.8 respectively between [Bmim][BF4 ]decarbonization solution and flue gas as well as between [Bpy][BF4 ]decarbonization solution and flue gas,meanwhile,as absorption tower numbers are 12 and 11 ,CO2 removal rate reaches over 90%. After improving the regeneration tower and as numbers of regeneration tower are 11 and 9,desorption rate reaches over 97.5%. And under this process,regeneration energy consumption of the solution with respective mass con-centration of 30% MEA,30% [Bmim][BF4 ]and 40% H2 O and the solution with respective mass concentration of 30%MEA,40% [Bpy][BF4 ]and 30% H2 O in each ionic liquid. Relative to conventional MEA decarbonizatoin flow,additional waste work has increased about 0.13 GJ/t while energy consumption of the reboiler has reduced 0.7 GJ/t and 1.01 GJ/t. In general,the optimized techniques have realized energy saving and consumption reduction.
