低负荷时炉膛出口氧量和燃烧器摆角对锅炉性能的影响
Influence of Exit Oxygen and Burner Angle on Boiler Performance Under Low Load

Abstract
In allusion to different operation modes of the burner,one 600 MW boiler was taken as a research object for field test and numerical simulation on influence of exit oxygen and burner angle on boiler performance under 350 MW low load condition. Results indicate reduction of total air volume in the furnace has caused furnace exit oxygen reduce,and delay of combustion in the main burning zone has resulted in rise of flue gas temperature on upper furnace and at its exit within a cer-tain range. In addition,combustion flame center in the furnace moves up after the burner angle swings up and reheat steam temperature rises,which may improve efficiency of the unit. Meanwhile,changes of the burner angle and exit oxygen may affect flue gas temperature deviation at the exit of furnace. By comparing results of numerical simulation and filed test,it is concluded when ABCE burners are in operation as well as exit oxygen is set at about 4.2% and the burner angle swings up at about 5.56°,characteristic of the overall gas temperature is better. While when BCDE burners are in operation as well as ex-it oxygen is set at about 3.2% and the burner angle swings down at about 2.4°,characteristic of the overall gas temperature is better.关键词
