摘要
Abstract
This paper introduces unit tripping fault caused by vibration signal mutation of the steam turbine monitoring device during normal operation period of one steam turbine generator unit and fault treating process. In aspects of measured points installation,structure of the shaft vibration monitor and protection logic,it makes analysis and judgment,and proposes four optimization measures including adjusting pulse time length judgment of shaft vibration protection signal,cancelling alert re-tention mode,optimizing periodical detection cycles for the proximitor and signal cables and installing Bentley principal computer so as to reduce malfunction probability of the main protection of steam turbine and ensure safe and stable operation of the unit.关键词
