Abstract
In allusion to the problem of degradation of phosphoester fire-resistant oil in 300 MW turbine of one power plant, this paper analyzes influence of non-metal materials,moisture,oil pipe cleaning solvent,oil temperature and purifying ca-pacity of the bypass regeneration device on quality of fire-resistant oil and discovers main reasons for degradation are partial overheating points of the hydraulic servo-motor of the high-pressure (HP)governing valve and bad oil filtering effect of the fire-resistant oil bypass regeneration device. It also proposes a scheme for transforming cooling water flow of the hydraulic servo-motor and changing the online oil filtering device. Values of water mass concentration,acid,resistivity and granulari-ty all get right which means the problem of degradation is solved.关键词
