摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes a kind of comprehensive evaluation model for low voltage governance for rural power distribu-tion networks based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP)which firstly builds a comprehensive evaluation index system including the minimum voltage amplitude,low voltage user numbers,voltage exceeding time and annual power supply. Then according to characteristic of each index data,it obtains corresponding membership function based on matching of data dis-tribution curves and works out relevant severity membership. Secondly,by means of three scale method it determines weight of each index,and finally it obtains severity of comprehensive low voltage of each transformer area by weighted based on fuzzy AHP. Example results indicate that this method for low voltage governance based on fuzzy AHP is reasonable and ef-fective and evaluation results can directly reflect comprehensive severity of low voltage.关键词
