摘要

Abstract

Based on the Qinhuangdao green port construction situation, This paper establish an evaluation index system including four categories of indexes, strength indexes, system indexes, affordable indexes and characteristic indices, After using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and construct a hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and evaluation index system to evaluate port, and explore the future development model, and proposed some phased goals to provide guidance to green and low-carbon construction for Qinhuangdao port and bohai sea port group.
