复合法制备高膨胀率膨胀蛭石
Preparation of High Expansion Vermiculite by Composite Method

Abstract
The expanded vermiculite was prepared by a novel method of chemical-thermal treatment .The morphology , the phase changes and the thermal performance of vermiculite were studied by optical microscope, X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), respectively.The results indicate that the expanded vermiculite prepared by hydrogen peroxide and thermal treatment have completely separation layers , thin pore microstructure and greater expansion rate than that of heating vermiculite.The oxygen generated by H 2 O2 decomposing makes the larger gaps between vermiculite layers'without any structure changes .The expanded vermiculite treated with H 2 O2 and heating has no influence on the thermal performance due to the same structure changing temperature as vermiculite ore . There is no new phase generated of expended vermiculite under the condition of high temperature .关键词
