摘要

Abstract

Ionic liquid prepared by phosphorus surfactant was used as cement grinding aids to study its properties for the first time .Using four kinds of three alkyl phosphonium bromide of cationic surfactants and twelve sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate anionic surfactant , fore kinds of ionic liquid type of phosphorous amphoteric surfactants were prepared .The effect of cement grinding shows that pure anionic and cationic surfactants do not have obvious grinding aid effect , but the ionic liquids prepared by the reaction of phosphorus surfactant and SDBS have outstanding grinding effect .Among them, the reduction ratio on the residueon 80 μm sieve in four kinds of phosphorus ionic liquid with different alkyl residue of methyl, ethylene, propyl, butyl were over 80%and the optimum dosage of four additives was 0.23%. On the whole , the grinding effect of fore kinds of ionic liquid compounds was increase with the increase of alkyl chain length .When the grinding time is more than 50 min, the reduction ratio on the residueon on 45 μm sieve is increased but the reduction ratio on the residueon on 80 μm sieve is smaller .The experiments show that the repose angle is less than the maximum value 40 °of powder industry regulation and the ionic liquid grinding aids reduce the standard consistency of cement .Thus, the freshly prepared four kinds of ionic liquids have excellent grinding properties .
