摘要

Abstract

Nano-manganese ferrite samples with two kinds of morphologies have been prepared by hydrothermal method and solvothermal method respectively .Cr ( Ⅵ) adsorption property was studied . Nano-manganese ferrite nanoparticles with particle sizes of 10-20 nm were synthesized by hydrothermal method at 180 ℃ for 8 h using FeCl3 and MnCl2 as raw materials, ethanolamine as a pricipitant .The nanoparticles tended to aggeragate .Manganese ferrite porous spheres of 400-700 nm were synthesized via a solvothermal method at 200 ℃for 12 h using FeCl3,MnCl2 and sodium acetate as raw materials.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N2 adsorption and desorption isotherm .The effects of adsorbent amount , Cr( Ⅵ) solution concentration , pH value and adsorption time on the removal efficiency of heavy metal Cr ( Ⅵ) in the solution by nano-manganese ferrite sample were studied .Experimental results show that manganese ferrite porous spheres prepared via solvothermal method have better Cr ( Ⅵ) adsorption property .
