Effect of Fiber on Compressive Strength of Geopolymer
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the compressive strength of fly ashs-based geopolymer , fiber was used as toughening material .The effect of fiber type and amount on the compressive strength of geopolymer was investigated.The optimum mixing ratios of lignin fiber , polyester fiber and glass fiber were 0.3%, 0.1%and 0.3% respectively.Excessive lignin fiber resulted in lower local strength of geopolymer , and excessive glass fiber increased the pore size of geopolymer , which has reduced it's compressive strength . The geopolymer which added glass fiber has highest strength (33.25 MPa).The results of mineralogical analysis show that the geopolymer has higher degree of Si-O-Si and Si-O-Al polymerization .关键词
