Chitosan/Silica Composite Framework Materials with Three Dimensionally Ordered Porous Structure
摘要
Abstract
3D-CS/Si composite framework materials with three dimensionally ordered porous structure were prepared using colloid crystal as template .The physicochemical property was characterized by SEM , FT-IR, TGA and XRD.Nimodipine ( NMDP) was incorporated into the porous channel as a model drug . It showes that the combination of silica significantly improves the mechanical stability of the polymer matrix successfully .And there are hydrogen bonds between silica and chitosan .The mass ratio of chitosan in the composite matrices is 23.40%.The matrix showes amorphous state .As drug carrier, it showes a high drug loading and enhances drug release .关键词
