Microwave-assisted Synthesis of Polycarboxylic Ether Superplasticizer and Its Performance
摘要
Abstract
Microwave technology has the characteristics of cleanliness , high-efficiency , safety and targeting and so on .The polycarboxylic ether superplasticizer was synthesized through two different methods including microwave-assisted and conventional water-bath synthesis , with methylene-polyoxyethylene ether (TPEG) and acrylic acid (AA) as monomers.The influence of microwave heating on the characterization and properties of superplasticezers were studied .The results show that the microwave-assisted synthesis method can effectively improve the conversion rate of the polymerization reaction , and could control the reaction process better .In addition , it has better adsorption-dispersion performance on the fresh slurry flocculation structure .关键词
