Abstract
Characterized by high crushing value and water absorption rate , CFB gangue slag is also poorly graded and has clearly unsatisfactory particle shape .And the mortar made with CFB gangue slag has bad fluidity and high 1 h fluidity loss and is hard to wipe out , but has very high strength .Through ball milling, the CFB gangue slag has a highly decreased crushing value and its particle gradation and shape are greatly improved.Additionally, the mortar incorporating ground CFB gangue slag has improved fluidity, and its flexural strength and compressive strength increased by 11.7% and 13.8%, respectively . With the increase of water consumption , the fluidity of CFB gangue slag mortar is significantly improved while the strength is only slightly decreased .Therefore, with increased water consumption , incorporation of CFB gangue slag as manufactured-sand in mortar can be a valid way to prepare the mortar with desired fluidity and high strength .关键词
