不同药物治疗特发性高催乳素血症患者的临床效果比较
Comparison of clinical efficacy between different medicines for idiopathic hyperprolactinemia

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between dihydro-α-ergocryptine and bromocriptine methanesulfonate for idiopathic hyperprolactinemia ( HPRL ) .Methods Forty-two female patients with idiopathic HPRL were recruited and were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,with 21cases in each group .The observation group and the control group were given oral dihydro-α-ergocryptine and bromocriptine methanesulfonate respectively .The treatment lasted for 6 months.Before treatment and at 30,60, 90,120,150 and 180days after treatment ,the serum prolactin level,rates of normal menstruation and non galactorrhea ,and incidence rate of side effects were compared between the two groups .Results The serum prolactin levels decreased with the increasing therapeutic time in both groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the serum prolactin level between the two groups at any time point (P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the proportion of normal menstruation or of non galactorrhea between the two groups at any time point after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence rates of nausea ,vomiting and dizziness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during the treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Both of dihydro-α-ergocryptine and bromocriptine methanesulfonate have effects on idiopathic HPRL ,but dihydro-α-ergocryptine has a lower incidence rate of side effects .关键词
