蓝色经济领军城市发展水平评价指标体系和领军指数研究
The Developing Standard and Leading Index of Coastal Blue Economy Leading Cities
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzed the status quo of blue economy in five typical coastal cities,put for-ward the comprehensive evaluation index system of the developing level of blue economy leading cities in China for the first time.4 secondary indicators and 23 three-grade indicators were designed for a comprehensive assessment;the leading index of the classification index,the com-prehensive development index,and the evaluation standard of the blue economy leading city were designed from static and dynamic aspects."Four-dimensional"joint model to evaluate the blue e-conomic leader index were established and dynamic analysis was constructed to evaluate the re-sults scientifically and accurately.According to the research results,the suggestions of changing the developing mode and adjusting the industrial structure,enhancing the city innovation ability and building the characteristic marine industrial cluster were put forward.关键词
