Abstract
With the rapid development of China's marine business,the talents construction was continuously strengthened,ocean talent resources had already begun to take shape,but so far,the professional qualification system of marine industry was not established,which limited the culti-vation of professional talents and the improvement of personnel quality.The paper analyzed the current situation of professional qualification of marine industry,to establish the necessity and feasibility of China's marine industry vocational qualification system,and some suggestions and i-deas were put forward,which will give important inspiration and reference on the development of professional qualification and practice of marine industry.关键词
