Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of metformin on metabolic syndrome induced by atypical antipsychotic drugs,and provide the research basis for clinical intervention.Methods:A total of 100 cases from 2013-2015 in our hospital antipsychotic induced metabolic syndrome patients as the research object,according to different interventions for drug group and non drug group,drug group was given metformin treatment,non drug group was treated with exercise and diet,compared two groups of patients with continuous treatment of waist circumference and body mass index blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid after 3 months.Results:The two groups,compared the indexes before treatment were improved.There were significant differences in,waist circumference,body mass index,BDP,SDP,FBG,PG2h,TG index respectively between two groups (t =-7.46,7.28,-3.48,-2.10,-5.75,-7.05,7.24;P ＜ 0.05),only HDL-C was not significantly improved (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The effect of metformin on metabolic syndrome is satisfactory,which can effectively control the blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure levels,and to correct the weight gain and the disorder of glucose metabolism.关键词
