The Effect of Focusing Solution on the Improvement of Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Esophageal Cancer During Perioperative Period

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of focused solution on improving the anxiety and depression of patients with esophageal cancer during perioperative period.Methods:In January 2012 ～ December 2015,a total of 100 cases of esophageal cancer patients were selected from the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University as the research object,the patients were divided into two groups by taking the computer randomly method,each group had 50 cases.The control group was given routine nursing intervention;The observation group was given nursing interven tion on the basis of the control group.Before and after the intervention,the sleep quality index,anxiety score and depression score were compared between two groups and the score of life quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with before intervention,the sleep quality index,the scores of anxi ety and depression scores in the control group and the observation group after intervention were significantly lower (F =744.043,1242.507,958.641;P ＜0.001),and the sleep quality index,scores of anxiety and depression scores in the observation group after intervention were far less than those in the control group(F =41.929,32.376,38.523;P＜0.001);The total score of life quality and the various score of life quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t =11.487,7.674,12.017,7.331,9.735;P＜0.05);The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96％,significantly higher than that in the control group(x2=6.061,P ＜0.05).Conclusion:The focusing solution on patients with esophageal cancer in perioperative nursing intervention,can effectively alleviate the patient's anxiety and depression,improve the sleep quality of patients and quality of life,improve patients satisfaction with nursing service.关键词
