摘要
Abstract
On the basis of the construction of higher vocational counselor performance evaluation factors,this paper proposes a counselor performance comprehensive evaluation method based on artificial neural network,using BP neural network algorithm to achieve the counselor performance comprehensive evaluation of error minimization,improving the quality of the counselor's evalua-tion,perfect the counselor work performance levels.关键词
