Static Security Analysis of Distributed Distribution Network Based on Intelligent Terminal Unit

Abstract
With the development of intelligent distribution network,distributed power supply(distributed generation,DG)a large number of access and permeability increasing changed the structure and the trend of the distribution network,leading to the traditional distribution network static security appear misoperation and misoperation,reduce the sensitivity and other issues,has brought great challenges to the distribution network security. In this paper,a distributed decision-making static security method based on smart terminal unit(STU)is proposed by combining traditional static safety and new distributed decision oriented wide ar-ea static security. STU is used to obtain the local current magnitude and direction information in real time,and the data are pro-cessed into logical values.After logical calculation,the conditional STU obtains the logical computation result of adjacent STU.Ac-cording to the logical values calculated by the two stations of the local and adjacent lines,the fault area can be judged according to the prescribed criterion;and then the fault line can be accurately and quickly removed by the control of the local equipment.This kind of static security method does not need synchronous sampling,greatly reduces the requirements for communication channels. At the same time,it also solves the problems that DG brings to the traditional distribution network static security.Finally,the ratio-nality and reliability of the new static security scheme are verified by PSCAD simulation.关键词
