A Modified Collaborative Optimization Method with Convergence Stability
摘要
Abstract
To overcome the defect caused by using quadratic formula consistent constraints in the standard collaborative optimization method, a new collaborative optimization ( MCO) method is proposed, in which the design variables are decomposed into system-level design variables and subsystem-level local design variables. The system-level objective function is expressed in first order Tay-lor to obtain the influencing factor expression which is used to determine the relationship between the subsystem design variables and the system-level objective function and the influencing factor expression is used as the subsystem objective function to replace the o-riginal consistency constraint. This paper takes the cylindrical gear reducer as a design optimization example to illustrate the conver-gence stability and high efficiency of the proposed method.关键词
